The delivery address needs to have one of the following:
1.
Someone available to sign for the delivery
2.
Be a business address. If this is the case please advise us of the business name and opening hours.
3.
Other option is we can leave instructions for the delivery to be left somewhere safe if no one is home (eg around the back under the verandah).
The delivery fees charged include only ONE DELIVERY ATTEMPT. If it is unsuccessful you will be required to collect from freight depot or pay the delivery fees again.
We can not deliver to PO Boxes.
Delivery address cannot be changed once your order has been shipped.
As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time and do not know what time or day they will be delivering.
You can contact the freight company with the tracking details and they can provide you an approximate ETAfor your delivery.
The courier driver is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery. If you have no other options to accept the delivery we can leave this as a special instruction however many drivers DO NOT CALL before hand so this is a risk you will take and you will still only get one delivery attempt even if the driver doesn't call.
For larger orders (>200kg) someone will need to be there to help unload the items from the truck. The courier drivers responsibility is to get the items to your premises and will not carry large orders up and stairs.
Own Freight Company Pickup

You are welcome to arrange your own freight company to pickup from our warehouse.

Please contact us to arrange a suitable time so we can ensure your order is all packed ready for your pickup.
Overseas Shipments
We are happy to ship products overseas however the overseas freight MUST be organised by yourself. We can package the freight and you can either arrange for it to be collected from our warehouse or we can deliver to your freight company in Australiaat your expense.
